All cancellation requests have to be submitted 7 days prior to your billing date.
Do I need my unlimited tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
Yes, If you do not have your unlimited tag number please contact us here via email or by phone at the location you purchased your membership from.
How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
If I am part of a group/family plan, what pass number should I use?
Only the group leader may update the credit card on file or cancel the plan. If the group leader cancels, all members will be cancelled as well. If you only want to cancel one of the members, you can do this at any of our carwash locations.
OVERALL WASH QUALITY
We take great pride in the quality of our washes and satisfaction of our customers. We are disappointed to have let you down in this regard, but we welcome the opportunity to make it right. HOURS OF OPERATION
Thank you for stopping by one of our Clean Freak locations for a car wash. We are so sorry to hear that we were not open at the time of your visit. Our hours of operation do change throughout the year and can cause some confusion. We urge you to check our social media or give us a call prior to heading over if it’s outside of regular M-F 7am-6:30pm business hours. We truly hope to see you again soon!
CANCELLING PLANS AND REFUNDS
