Yes, If you do not have your unlimited tag number please contact us here via email or by phone at the location you purchased your membership from.
2Hours of operation
Thank you for stopping by one of our Clean Freak locations for a car wash. We are so sorry to hear that we were not open at the time of your visit. Our hours of operation do change throughout the year and can cause some confusion. We urge you to check our social media or give us a call prior to heading over if it’s outside of regular M-F 7am-6:30pm business hours. We truly hope to see you again soon!
3Wash or vacuums not working correctly?

4Damage to vehicle in wash

5Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
