What is Inner Circle?
Inner Circle is Circle K’s free rewards program, easily accessible through the Circle K app. Members can receive fuel savings, personalized perks, and special offers. Starting June 2026, Wash Club Members can access their exclusive fuel savings through Inner Circle.
Why are you switching from physical fuel discount cards to digital fuel rewards?
Digital fuel rewards are more convenient and offer more value. Now, you’ll be able to redeem your Wash Club fuel savings via Inner Circle through the Circle K app—no physical card required.
Will my Wash Club fuel discount change with Inner Circle?
No. Your Wash Club fuel discount will remain the same:
- Classic Wash Club: 10¢ off per gallon
- Deluxe, Premium, and Ultimate Wash Club: 20¢ off per gallon
When will my Wash Club fuel savings be available through Inner Circle?
Your Wash Club exclusive fuel savings are available now! Use this link to make sure your Wash Club and Inner Circle accounts are connected to receive the fuel rewards. Check in your app profile that your phone number and email for Inner Circle matches your contact information for your Wash Club account.
Will my current fuel savings card still work?
Your physical fuel savings card will continue to work through June 30, 2026. We encourage you to sign up for Inner Circle now and connect your Wash Club account using this link. That way, you are already set up and ready to start using your digital fuel rewards before your card expires so you don’t miss out on any gas savings!
Will I receive any more physical fuel cards?
No. Digital fuel rewards are replacing physical fuel cards for better convenience and more value. However, if you have a family plan, or are part of our fleet program, then you will continue to receive physical fuel cards. Family plan members can pick up their cards at the nearest Clean Freak location. Fleet members will receive their cards through the centralized contact on the main account.
What if I have a Family Plan?
Family Plan members can continue to pick up Fuel Savings cards at the nearest Clean Freak location to you, since at this time, Family Plans are not eligible for digital fuel rewards.
What if I have a Fleet Account?
Fleet members will continue to receive physical fuel cards, which will now be sent to your centralized contact on the main account. Your centralized contact will distribute the fuel cards to you, since at this time Fleet Accounts are not eligible for digital fuel rewards.
What if I already have the Circle K App and Inner Circle?
You can download the Circle K app and set up your Inner Circle account at any time. When signing up, please use this link and make sure your phone number and/or email address matches your Wash Club membership to ensure your accounts are properly linked in the near future.
Keep in mind:
- You’ll have immediate access to regular Inner Circle rewards.
- Wash Club fuel savings will not appear in the app until June 2026.
- Until June, continue using your physical fuel card for fuel discounts.
Where do I find my Wash Club fuel savings in the Circle K app?
Once you have opened the Circle K app, toggle to the Inner Circle icon at the bottom of your screen. Then touch the “Rewards” icon near the top of your screen, here you should see your Wash Club fuel discounts.
What if I don’t see my Wash Club fuel savings in Inner Circle?
If this happens, then most likely you need to follow this link to receive your Wash Club fuel rewards in your Inner Circle Rewards account through the Circle K app. If you continue to have issues, please email our Support Team at [email protected] or speak with an attendant at your nearest Clean Freak location.
How many gallons of fuel do I get with my Wash Club digital rewards?
You receive up to 35 gallons per fuel-up, which can be used up to 6 times on a monthly cycle based on the date you linked Inner Circle to your Wash Club membership. You will receive a reminder from Inner Circle when your fuel rewards are expiring. You’ll also receive a notification when your fuel rewards replenish on the monthly cycle, only with an active Wash Club membership.
How do I redeem my digital fuel rewards?
At participating Circle K Inner Circle fuel stations, simply enter the phone number associated with your Inner Circle and Wash Club accounts at the pump before you begin fueling. Your fuel reward will automatically be applied and you can begin fueling.
Do my digital fuel rewards expire?
With an active Wash Club membership, you will receive 6 fuel rewards, each valid for up to 35 gallons of gas. These 6 rewards expire on a rolling monthly period based on the date you linked your Wash Club membership to Inner Circle. You will receive notification when your digital fuel rewards expire.
What happens to my digital fuel rewards if I cancel my Wash Club account?
Your Clean Freak digital fuel rewards are only available with an active Wash Club membership. However, you can continue to enjoy the other benefits of Inner Circle, just without the added perks of the Wash Club fuel discount.
